Cheryl Schroeder holds a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Drexel University. She obtained a Masters in Nursing Leadership from East Carolina University. She has worked in a variety of settings from Inpatient Substance Abuse, Emergency Department, ICU, Labor & Delivery, Medical Surgical Nursing and several leadership roles from intermediate to corporate roles in Health Informatics. She owns an Informatics Consulting Company and has served in the USN which is where she developed a passion for technology. Cheryl taught at ECPI in 2008 with both didactic and clinical registered nursing program experience. She continues to seek out opportunities to mentor others especially new nursing students and students working toward advance degrees. She also enjoys crocheting and reading on a variety of subjects. She has over 25 years of nursing experience.
